TRACY MCQUILKIN - VICE PRESIDENT, SETTLEMENT

Tracy McQuilkin serves as the Vice President of Settlement Services at Answers Systems. She has been with Answers Systems since September 1995. Over the last 14 years, Tracy has gone from a Temp doing verification to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager over the Settlement departments. The Settlement departments include Data Entry/Doc Control, Verification, Review/Approve, Exceptions, and Data Mapping.

Tracy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors degree. While her experience was limited when she started at Answers, she has definitely gained vast experience and knowledge here at Answers.

Tracy's main role in her position as Vice President of Settlement will be to increase productivity throughout the Settlement area. Working with her managers and supervisors, they will strive to increase accountability, accuracy, timeliness and through put. This will be done through better automation of the systems, streamlining of the processes and holding employees accountable for through put and accuracy.
