Order Center
Our
Call Center is comprised of both customer service
representatives and order entry associates.
Clients may set up a toll-free numbers, handled
on location at Answers Systems, to allow for
quicker turnaround on order placements to the
warehouse. Customer service representatives
undergo monthly training on your product or
service lines in order to act as an extension
of your company when speaking with your customers.
Our order associates take all orders coming
from toll-free lines and faxes, EDI, email and
web-ordering systems, and mail. All transactions
are transfered to the client 's database for
tracking. All orders and addresses are confirmed
for accuracy before relaying orders to the warehouse
staff.
Answers Systems Inc. uses the Integrated SBT
accounting systems for customer billing, inventory
management, and order activity evaluation. If
your business runs catalog programs or premium
promotions, Answers Systems can bill your customers
and perform collections for you.

Answers Systems offers same-day, overnight,
second day, and third day shipping. We work
with all major carriers for LTL and truckload
shipments.

programs. Upon completion of preparing the
order for shipment, it is triple checked for
accuracy.
